Quality Inn Wayne - Fairfield Area

The room had great water pressure, but cleanliness was lacking.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a safe area, just off shops and places to eat, restaurants and stores and a golf course. The rooms were large with air condition, the TV as described. Very welcoming and pleasant staff of the venue at the reception desk.

It was a decent stay, stunningly beautiful and nice place. Kind and cordial staff gave advice on things to do. We were offered a nice service.

I was disappointed with my stay. The first room I received had a broken heater, and it was freezing outside. I had to request another room, which ended up being roach infested. The staff were unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issues and my card was still charged despite the terrible conditions. I left feeling frustrated and disgusted.

The view from the hotel was nice and the breakfast was great with bacon or sausage and pork and sausage. Booked large room that was clean but need to be modernized.

The facilities are old and have no ramp for the second level.

For the price they offer a basic breakfast.

The room lacks maintenance. The walls are stained or peeling paint.

The quality inn has a great location for shopping, being close to the willowbrook mall. The front desk staff were pleasant and hard-working. We appreciated easy access to a nearby fitness center, as it's always good to stay active even while traveling.

had real good stay for two nights with amicable staff and magnificent location to the front desk event. the breakfast was free with bacon and pork, and the irish bar was a plus. was a super base for trip.

The Standard King Room was pretty spacious and had a comfy seating area. The bedding was decent, but some areas could use better cleaning. Shower water pressure was fantastic! The room featured a microwave, handy. Just a couple of things felt a bit off, like some dust in corners and outdated decor.
